Add Retry Post Porcessing button to download history

Hi,

I use an external HD sometimes for storing files which have been downloaded in sab. If for any reason the HD is not on when my sickbeard post processing script runs on sab the processing fails but there is no option to retry the post processing script once I'm back at home and have turned the HD back on.

I would love to see a retry post processing button or option.

SABnzbd does have a retry option for failed post processing.
