Re: SABnzbdX, SABnzbd for OSX gui
Thanks so much. Amazing work - can't wait to see it get even better (multi-Sab support would be awesome).
Cheers.

Thanks for this great app, I had some trouble getting it working but fine now
One thing I noticed was in the preferences the path says /Applications/SABnzb.app but on my machine the app is called 'SABnzbd+'. I don't know if this an issue, I have changed it in my preferences an it's working fine here. I also had to put 'localhost' into the Host field to get a green icon.
I'm using Leopard 10.5.5 on a MBP and running SAB locally.

Hi azbot,
The app is called SABnzbd+ but the correct path is "/Applications/SABnzbd.app", you can check by right click on SABnzbd+ icon and get info.
This field is just used to start locally SABnzbd+.
For the Host Field, on OSX i had some issues with localhost, i prefer to set 0.0.0.0 or 127.0.0.1. As long as you have the same setting in SABnzbd and SABnzbdX, it should work !
Thanks for using and reporting.

Re: SABnzbdX, SABnzbd for OSX gui
rAf,
I have 1 issue:
- When I click "open SABNZBD" the website opens but for some reason doesn't automatically log in with the username and password I have set in the GUI. I have to manually type the password into the website and then enter. When I was running the old SABNZBGUI, it would log in automatically, but now that I'm using yourse it doesn't work for some reason. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Isn't this supposed to be taken care of by the Firefox Password Manager / Keychain ?

Hi Phunkysai,
I'm aware of this issue, it will be fixed in next release.

Re: SABnzbdX, SABnzbd for OSX gui
This is excellent. Very nice and out of the way. Any chance that up in the menu bar we could have an option to display the percentage completed of just the current item downloading, rather than the whole queue? Like right now it's showing that I have 4% downloaded of the 300GB or so that I have queued. But it would be nice if instead it would tell me that I have 45% of just the current item downloading.
Re: SABnzbdX, SABnzbd for OSX gui
SABnzbd 1.2 released.
Details in first post,
Enjoy

I've changed that in 1.2, no more percentage but time left for queue.japii wrote: This is excellent. Very nice and out of the way. Hope you like.
Re: SABnzbdX, SABnzbd for OSX gui
Ahhhhh I love you!!!
Edit: Hmm, doesn't seem to be working for me. SABnzbd+ is running and I can access it through the web interface, but this is all I see in the GUI menu
I'm running 10.5.5 on a late 2008 Macbook just in case that helps.

You should use 0.0.0.0 or 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost in SABnzbd and SABnzbdX.

v1.2 is not finding my remote SABnzbd install that previous versions found. I'm using the same IP and same port as before, no luck
Re: SABnzbdX, SABnzbd for OSX gui
Hi intefacelift,
Could you tell me which version of SABnzbd are you using ?
And if you use user/pass in SABnzbd ?
