best nas for sabnzbd/sickbeard/couchpotato/plexconnect?

hi,

as the topic says i'm looking to buy a nas and i want to put all the fun in it! i just don't know what to buy. should i go for qnap, synology, readynas or are there something else to think about? i run everything from my computer today and it would be nice to have it on a nas instead.

appreciate all help i can get!
