I am very new to this so please bear with me :-(
My downloads seized up since Tuesday and the `warnings` I receive are:
"Cannot connect to server us.news.astraweb.com:119 [502 Insufficient credits]"
I`ve refreshed, restarted and finally deleted and reloaded SABNZBD but still to no avail.
Please can someone assist me but in the easiest way possible?!!

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Hehe! A friend set it up for me and I cannot recall what he did!!! Please advise me. Do I just go to:

and choose a subscription? Is it that simple?
