Hi,

I have a problem when using NZB 360. I installed Spotweb (Newznab) on my Synology NAS. In NZB 360 I have added Spotweb as Indexer.
Now when I'm searching I get search results, so far so good. But when I try to open the details of a search result I receive the following error:
"Sorry, the page you are looking for cannot be displayed".
When I try to open the details directly on my Synology, then the page is opened OK.
Any idea what causes this problem?

What is the path for the details page?

Hi again!

Thanks for your reply earlier Kev! I haven't had the chance to test it out yet since I have no pending entries at the moment.. However, I discovered some other things that you might be interested in knowing..

1. I have Sabnzbd and some other services set up with both local and external access.. When I enter another local network with the same SSID/encryption-method as my own, then the app won't connect. For example:
My home SSID = abc123, My parents/friends SSID = abc123. nzb 360 will connect on my own network but not my parents/friends. When this happens, it would be awesome if the app retries connection externally instead.

2. Thumbnails loads perfectly with my Usenet-Crawler account, but not at all for nzb.su (but entries shows up, only with a default movie clip-icon) an example is the category Movies -> HD, but it applies to others as well. Do you, or anyone else know why this is? Is there an easy fix?

1) Heh, there isn't much I can do about that. I decide between local and remote addresses by SSID. Changing based on failure isn't ideal, because if your server is off and the connection fails, how long do I auto-switch to remote to test? It's a sticky situation. I suggest changing one of your SSID's.

2) Not all Newznab indexers support Cover Art. They need to return the coverurl attribute in their API, and NZB.su does not. Consider sending them an email asking them to do so.

Would it be possible for me to connect to your Spotweb server so I can try and debug this issue?

Hi Kevin,

I am running your app on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and when I want to check for available releases in the CP section I always get a Java error (I can send you the screenshot) that says:

ERROR: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Expected BEGIN_OBJECT but was STRING at line 1 column 4

Cheers!

Happy holidays, everyone! I have been working hard over my work break to bring you v7.0, which includes beta support for NZBGet!

I don't use NZBGet, so I will need your feedback to help me improve it.

Version 7.0
  • NEW SERVICE: NZBGet! It is currently in beta (there will be bugs), but I wanted to deliver this highly requested service in time for the holidays.
  • FEATURE: You can now toggle ignored releases in CouchPotato.
  • ENHANCEMENT: SABnzbd is no longer forced in the dropdown menu.
  • ENHANCEMENT: Fast scroll has been added to Headphones' artist view.
  • BUG FIX: Fixed crash in SickBeard when trying to load a show with a missing airdate.
  • NOTE: Both SABnzbd and NZBGet can be used at the same time. You can choose which service to upload/send to in Search or upon an .nzb file upload.
Again, I am sure my implementation of NZBGet is a bit buggy, but the intention is to get this out to you guys to help me improve upon its support.

Happy holidays! :)
