SABnzbd processes NZB-files.
That's why I only look for NZB-files, which are made by the content's posters.
Binsearch & NZBclub for example provide not only posters's NZB-files ..(?)
How can I be sure that I download from them only posters's NZB-files?
By adding "nzb"-keyword? Or by looking at the size of the item?

Why do you only go for poster's NZB files?
Most indexers are quite capable of assembling NZB files.
I don't know how to make sure you only hit poster NZB files.

When I'm looking for books or audio .. you're right.
But when I'm looking for videos .. then my problems begin.
SABnzbd delivers (sometimes) "garbages" instead of videos ... depending on the NZB-files.
Well ... I can look for poster NZB-files in Easynews or GrabIt.
