SABnzbd not downloading based on position in queue

I am getting a bizarre issue with v0.7.17. SABnzb doesn't seem to be honoring my sorting position in the queue. Whichever download starts first, it remains stuck on that download, regardless of where I order it in the queue.

Is this a known issue?

No, but it is now.
I'll have a look. There was a minor change in queue sorting.

I cannot quite reproduce your problem.
When you drag a downloading job down (or a high prioriry job enters the queue at the top),
the running job will still process all outstanding article requests.
After some time that job should stop downloading.
How fast depends on the amount of server connections and how fast your connection is.

I think I may have found the issue. A couple of my nzbs were apparently not downloading correctly, but they were still labeled as "Downloading" by SABnzbd, even though SABnzbd moved on to the next working item in the queue. Does that make sense?

It may make sense.
The queue is a rather overcomplicated beast and its behaviour sometimes surprises even me.
