Since it's 2014 and it seems like everything is getting nuked lately, it makes a lot more sense from a user perspective to queue up a bunch of downloads of the same thing at a single time and then only download them sequentially until one completes successfully. In other words it would be nice to 'link' downloads in the queue such that if one fails out, the next will begin downloading, until one of the downloads completes successfully, after which the remaining 'linked' nzbs will be removed from the queue.
That way the user won't have to manually go search for the same thing over and over as the downloads fail, or if he or she gets fed up and just adds 5 or 6 copies of the same thing to the queue, sabnzbd won't waste bandwidth downloading the subsequent duplicates if one completes normally.

I think SickBeard already has this for TV series.
There's also oznzb.com which supports something like this.
