    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.

can't login

I have re-installed SABnzbn after a Win7 re-install. When going through Config, I was confused about the setting for Download Speed limit but when I tried to change it, I was challenged for a User Name and Password. I entered my info but it was not accepted. I have rechecked both and they are correct. Now I cannot re-open the web page because I am again re-challenged for a valid login. What have I done incorrectly and once logged in how do I set the download speed? Help, please.

Find the SABnzbd logo in the Window System Tray.
Right mouse click, Troubleshoot->Restart - no login
