Hi all,
I'm trying to remotely access Sabnzbd (on a Windows box) from another computer on the same network (on a Mac) and I receive the username/password prompt, but it fails to accept my username and password. I have checked and triple checked that my username and password are correct, and am now somewhat at a loss as to why this is occurring. I do have https enabled, and am not sure if this is somehow contributing to the problem?

- Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.
- Tell us what system you run SABnzbd on.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Did you set a GUI username/password in SABnzbd? If so: remove it (temporarily) and try again.

Go to the Windows box.
Find the SABnzbd icon (yellow down arrow) in the Windows System Tray.
Right mouse click, select Troubleshoot->Restart - No Login
