Sabnzbd crashing around 3AM two mornings in a row

I've gotten up the last two mornings to find I'm no longer downloading and when I click on sabnzbd in my browser, it isn't loaded.

Thanks - I checked the cache limit, it was fine. It was OK - so I just set up a job in task manager to reload sabnzbd. If it didn't crash - it is no issue and if it does, this reloads it so I don't waste prime downloading time!

I appreciate the help though.
