Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Problem with SABnzbd.exe 0.7.19
Help please. All of the sudden I can't launch the sab program. It sends me to a "Problem with SABnzbd.exe 0.7.19.zip" file that I cant open, and I'm not so sure I should anyway. Not sure what went wrong. I have restarted my computer. I haven't uninstalled and reinstalled yet, but I was hoping to avoid that. Any ideas? Thanks. I am also somewhat a computer newbie, so please keep that in mind.

I'm not sure about your specific problem, but FWIW, when I had a problem and re-installed my biggest fear was I would lose all my settings and have to start over from scratch. Fortunately, it turned out fine and all my settings were still there.

i did reinstall. that didnt fix the problem. i dont want to uninstall and then reinstall because im afraid all my settings will disappear.

Do what the message says: remove the sabnzbd.ini file first.
