SAB jumps from download to pause

    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

SAB jumps from download to pause

For some reason SAB is continually jumping from downloading to PAUSE. If I click to resume downloading, in a few seconds SAB pauses itself again. What is happening, please?

No, I don't think so, although after multiple tries to restart the download I gave up and shut down the program. I just tried to download the same file and, of course, it came in just fine so I cannot duplicate the problem. Sorry, shypike, but thank you for responding. I'll repost if I have the same problem again.
