Last few MBs of every files take @ 2 hours to download?

I'm getting this weird problem since 0.7.20 that the NZB downloads fast [7.8 MBs] in my case as I'm on a 75 MB fibre line but the last few MBs, maybe 30MBs or so of every file take about two hours to complete. Anyone else have this issue? its only started recently. I'm with astraweb.

it happens a lot with Astraweb and only with Astraweb.
I haven't figured out why.

I've seen this when propogation is really slow while downloading very new posts. It affects all nsp's except the original poster's in this case.

I've got the same problem, and also it seems a lot of disk access happens when the slowdown occurs.
I think I'll go back to 0.7.19.
Or is there a fix in the making?

There are minute differences between 0.7.19 and 0.7.20, with none relating to this issue.
I'm interested to hear if you see different behavior when you go back to 0.7.19
If you can spot a difference, then it should be easy to fix it.

I've been having this problem a lot recently as well. I've found that if I pause SAB for a few seconds, and then un-pause it, then it jumps up to full speed for a second and completes the final couple MBs. I don't know if that helps, but I thought I would mention that "fix" in case it could help you track down the cause.

I checked when I upgraded to 0.7.19, and if my info is correct the issue started then (most of the jobs run unattended, so for quite a while I was not aware of the problem).
So it seems the issue could have been introduced by the upgrade from 0.7.18 to 0.7.19.

There have been some complaints in the past.
So the problem isn't new, but rather rare and I have never
been able to track it down.
It's most likely to be some race condition, resulting in a queue stop.
The only times I have seen it (minutes rather than hours) is when using Astraweb.
