Hi please can anyone help me out I have windows 7 and run sabnzb but it keeps stopping when I go back and tap the keyboard ect and it starts again it just like it goes asleep and when I,tap the keyboard it starts again driving me mad

Can still be an issue with your ISP or your Usenet provider.
The only real test is to try some other download client.
Try Grabit.

I don't use windows 7 often but the first thing that comes to mind is a power setting dealing with the network card.
First thing I would check is your NIC's power settings. Off the top of my head...
-Open the device manager.
-Find the network adaptor that you're using whether that be a wired, or wireless card and right-click on it and select "Properties".
Once the properties window opens, click on the "Power Management" button or tab
I believe there is an option somewhere that says "Allow this computer to turn this device off to save power". Turn that option off.
See if that fixes your issue afterwards...
