Hi all
Since last night I have experienced extremely slow dl speeds. It is below 10 kBps and sometime unresponsive.
I have tested Vuze and that seems to run ok. I have also tried other downloads to rule out missing articles but it is the same story. I have cleared the temp files also and still same. Even when it checks the files it seems to take all day.
I was running fine before last night.
Any ideas how to fix. Don't really want to reformat and reinstall Windows.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Try a full queue repair.
Status Page -> Repair Queue -> Repait button.
(You already tried a restart of SABnzbd or the PC?)
