When this is used in windows 7 it gives you the option to expand/shrink the gadget. if you attempt this the gadget freezes.

Might have asked before, but any new plans with the upcoming API?

i'm thinking about combining the history and queue to one list, (so you can see extracting in the gadget allso and know when its realy done )
Update: This is allready in the new API
so i'm gonna use it!
so ill be using the history json (thats in the new API right?)
The version of the gadget was 1.0.1.7

Hi pieteckhart ,
Thanks for your brilliant gadget. I look forward to the revisions.
As a number of folk are used to downloading your gadget from the link in your signature line
http://www.sab.websijt.net
if this is no longer going to be used, could you edit your signature to
http://www.kijknaarons.nl/wp-content/up ... sab.gadget
Regards

I'm planning a complete redesign for the gadget.
I do this becouse i started the gadget as a test on how i should work. But now its getting and bigger so i sould make it more clean. Allso i want to include a lot of features that would require a lot of hacking and ugly code to make it happan.
For now i will focus on what i want in the new version of the gadget and code a little bit on the Core (starting with the communication with the new API).
my thougts and progress will be documented in this Google Document:
http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dgck4qz_21wmjkfpgp
This will be live updated when i add new things so it could be a bit messy some times
in the mean time i will solve bugs and maybe even add new features to the old gadget to try things out.
but after i release the new gadget i will stop working on the old one.
So new idea's are welcome right now when the sky is still the limit

Absolutely brilliant Vista Gadget. Thanks very much pieteckhart
Might have been suggested already, but a scrollable download list (the amount of downloads I have goes over the list, so I can't see them all in the Gadget) would be good.
Also, the ability to adjust the SABnzbd+ speed limit as well as view the speed at which SABnzbd+ is currently going would be brilliant

hi,
correct me if i'm wrong but i thought i made the container of the queue so it would overflow with an scrollbar? could be wrong
setting the speed limit is a good idea! i will look in to it some time!
as for the current speed you can allready see this by clicking on the countdown timer. it will switch to a speed graph and a kbs indicator.
Good luck!

Very nice, I really like the clickable time that switches between the speed and the time remaining
Yep, you have made the items scroll in the smaller list, but when you view the larger list the items in there don't scroll:
