Lately almost all my RAR files have passwords that look like "usenet-4all.info_RxKiZ63o89y0BGHWIqulyRQ5o98PNY".
They never unpack.
But the unpacking is smooth when done manually.
This is really a problem.
Could you solve that Please?

I've looked at the logs to try and figure out what is going wrong, and I'm not convinced it's a path length issue (even though they are long, they're not too long) but I still not sure why this is happening.

Looking at the code in newsunpack.py, that option causes unrar to be called with "e" instead of "x" (as expected), but the missing-file code is only checking the one_folder option and not cfg.flat_unpack(). It looks like a pretty simple fix to add that in before the os.path.split() call.

Yup, mine is enabled also so I have disabled it and will see how it goes. I don't recall changing this so maybe I did I just don't know why.......
