I dont get TLSv1.3. I have always TLSv1.2. I have enter AES128-SHA but no different.

Are you sure you are not having 1.3?
Could you copy here what the status Windows is showing for the server?

I don't understand what the problem is then?

No I don't understand.. It is only TLS v1.3 if the server offers it. But your servers don't support it yet.

It seems that these specific servers have decided to have lower encryption by default on the server-side, they are both owned by the same parent-company.
I also noticed this. Probably also reduces server-load on their side.
If you try a different provider, they will enforce stronger encryption.
