Ok came across a slight problem, more with the renaming script than anything.

Works perfectly when folders already exist so for example;

TV\Weeds\Season 1\Weeds S01E01 - Pilot.mkv

Works perfect

But if I add a new show without folders it creates

TV\Fringe\s1\Frings S01E01 - Pilot.mkv

Not sure what setting to change.

#  $(season)02d        => 01
#  Season $(season)02d => Season 01
#
# NOTE: defaults to 's$(season)02d'
season = Season $(season)02d

Mine used to do the same thing, it's fixed now with that particular setting
