The odd post-processing is explained in the "known issues" message at the top of this board.
Not sure what to think of your other remarks.
0.5.6 also creates a folder in "incomplete" for each NZB in the queue.
It could be that the existing queue and job files in the cache folder are somehow mis-interpreted by 0.6.0.
I'll do some more testing.

That's good to know about the post-processing. I know the odd post processing issues are in the known issues, I just wanted to include my specific results so you would have all the information you could to help trouble shoot. I see there is an option to repair the queue. I'll try loading up my previous install and giving that a shot. Thanks for getting back to me so quick.

I just reproduced your issue.
Or at least something that proves that queue upgrades can be totally screwed up.
Going to put a warning in the "known issues" message.

This one is fixed now (or will be in Beta3).
It's a bad piece of code responsible for handling jobs inherited from an 0.5.6 queue.
It is independent of categories: any unstarted inherited job will fail in this way.

Thank you! I think that will fix my issue too. Is there a patch that I could apply now?
