You've got me stumped. If you're feeling adventurous and have development tools installed, you could try to debug it with Dashcode and the source.

I figured it out. The widget is pointing to hostname:port/sabnzbd and not hostname:port/sabnzbd/
My setup requires that extra slash.

BrandonG777: I think I know what's wrong. I discovered a typo that affects people who use a username and password. I'm going to release 1.3 when SABnzbd 0.4.9 is released.
