I just can't get this working. Keeps coming up with "Unable to connect to SABnzbd (bad URL)"

Host is right in settings : 192.168.0.100 (pc on my network which hosts sab)

Any ideas ?!

Hi, Thanks for this nice app.
I'll be great to add the ability to change the order of the downloads.

I got the latest version from iTunes store yesterday & it works well.  Can you please add support for categories, ideally anything from tvnzb would automatically be tv shows, or at least I should be able to assign categories.

Thanks,

moontan, yes it requires 3.1 i think :)

b1scu1t: tvnzb is already set to "tv" category and anything else newzbin handles categories i believe

Try removing everything in the Host line except the IP address.

[edit] Never mind, I didn't see your settings page...

found the fault, seems myNZB does not support secure long passwords.
the password I was using consisted of 20 characters long with a mixture of CAPS lowercase numerical and symbols.

...or well I say it is working.... still does not work if API-key is enabled.

Ok it appears I was correct there is a limit to the amount of characters you can use OR a bug with the password field.

This also applies to the Newzbin password field.

If you have a longish secure password like I do then you will experience the error: (bad URL) on both your server and the NZB Newzbin section.

Author can we get a fix for this asap (Or at least mention what limits you put on the password fields)? Many Thanks!

Can we get some free search sites added to the list of search engines? Newzbin costs money, so I use free engines like NZBIndex.nl x or Newzleech.com, and I use Merlin's Portal which is like Newzbin except it's free (they have RSS feeds if you can't link directly to their search).

Or maybe you could let us add our own RSS feeds into MyNZB so that we can monitor feeds, and when we see something we want we could click it and it would load to SAB.

Of course, you would then need to build in support for RAR, ZIP, as well as NZB files so that those would get passed to SAB.

Also, another great feature would be to associate ZIP, RAR, and NZB files to your program, so that if I clicked one of those files in my email, it would open in MyNZB and confirm whether I'd like to send that to SAB. I know other programs that do this (file association) like Stanza - if I click an EPUB file in my email it will open in Stanza since Stanza associates itself with those files.

Thanks!
