OP version has some issues in Win7 for me;
making it larger makes the gadget crash
show queue button can't be unshown unless you open the completed dir... which doesn't actually open the complete dir!
I'm pretty sure the ETA is wrong.

hi all,
i totally forgot to release my test version of 2.0!
as i am using windows 7 now on my machines i started developing it some more.
it's still far from completed and some features are ... well they are broken (my bad).
i am very far away from home right now so i will release it next year (haha sounds like a long time).
some new feature i was working on is the "turtle mode", it lets you throttle the bandwidth used. you can choose a turtle mode speed and enable the mode by clicking on the new turtle icon.
Sorry for letting you down all this time!
I hope when i get home i have time to work on the gadget some more so it will have all the features 1.x.x had + some neat extras of course
wait a minute!
my little brother uses the 2.0 gadget (last release is think).
he recently installed windows 7 so maybe i can ask him to post it here!
so maybe the 2.0 gadget will be some sort of an xmas gift

Seemed to also have some intermittent issues with password and username on Windows 7. Also possibly the API key with version 5.x and up.
Although these may be just due to refreshing login or something similar.

Hello all,
I've got a small christmas present for all you windows 7 users.
You've got to rename the file extension to *.rar
I'll make sure Piet will put the new gadget on his site next year.
Kind regards,
Piet and Thijs

My brother is telling me to zip the file and not rar, but when I try to zip it will be bigger then 128kb (can't upload on this site), as rar it becomes smaller.
I'm sending the files to Piet, his deal now!

shame on you thijs!
you sent me the old version
anyway, i downloaded the source from my svn server and packet it.
i have made one (blind) modification because there was an hardcoded "piet" somewhere in a folder path, should be fixed but i had no way of testing it. (I am on a windows xp pc).
tell me if it's working
(if it's not working i dont wanna know lol
)
oh almost forgotten to post the link:
Version: 2.0.?
OS: Windows 7 (Hopefully i did not break the vista support)
Sab Version: any version with new API system in place.

I have it installed it last night on Win7 x64 desktop, also installing on my Win7 x86 laptop. The only thing that seems to be having issues is the trying settings button... below the button it displays "Trying Settings..." and does so until I hit OK or Cancel.

My gadget is looking funky.
(names of downloads replaced badly with white, so the names appearing isn't an issue)
Also in settings pressing the 'load .ini' button tests the connection.
On Windows 32-bit.

I'm on Win7 64bit and running Sab 0.5 beta 4. Put in the details and it just hangs on 'trying settings' and never returns.
EDIT - just checked the sabnzbd.sjon file and the settings saved in that file are correct (including the API key) but the sabnzbd+ log files report lots of #badkey# attempts so I guess the gadget is not compatible with the latest and greatest version of sabnzbd+
Don't really want to disable the api key functionality if I can help it.

I'm not having any API key issues with Beta 4, but I have the same display problem as Arranf (with a ton of NZBs in the queue), it looks fine when only 4 or less are there.

hi all!
Nice to see the new gadget is tried out!
it just hangs on 'trying settings' and never returns.
Sometimes when you connect to localhost it won't work, try 127.0.0.1 it might work. (i think this has something to do with ipv6). If this is not the problem i will look in to it when i get home.
the trying settings is still a bit buggy
but it's nice to hear the load ini works sort of.
the queue still does not scroll heh? i tought i fixed that, seems like a did not commit my source when i left home!
hehe to bad, my laptop is sent back for warranty so it's probably lost
i allso have not had any API key problems, i always test with the latest pre release.
anyone tried out the "turtle mode" ?
when i get home i will fix these issues en then take another shot at resorting of the queue. (it just drove my crazy last time i tried, because if the new way the gadget works i need to swap HTML elements in staid of just refreshing all the html).
anyone tried to drag an nzb file to the gadget yet?
Any suggestions besides these fixes?
