Now, that's a bad sign. Looks like some internal block, either our code or the Python run-time.
Your Usenet provider is not likely to be the cause.
It could be if it refused answer when asked for non-existing articles.
Given the other behaviour, that's not very likely.
If almost impossible to for us to diagnose problems on NAS.
We don't any testing and have no access to these devices.
There are a number of things you can still try.
Switch off the RSS scanning for some time.
Use a non-SSL connection to your Usenet provider.
I don't understand this remark: "it's like trying to parse nzb api key in rss folder".
