Guys, sorry to hear the update is failing for you. I have just installed the update and it works fine for me. I have iOS 4.0.1 installed, using user name, port 9090 with ssl, and API key.

Vijay, if you need more details to help nail down the settings fir others let me know.

Having this trouble with the following configuration:

- iPhone 4, iOS 4.01
- SABNZBD 0.5.3

- Crashes with or without API key
- Crashes with SSL on or off
- Crashes using username / password or not

I've tried deleting and redownloading mynzb to reset settings, as well as removing sabnzbd settings and setting it up from scratch

Hi.

I'm also experiencing the same issues as many others. I'm running iOS 4.0 on a black iPhone 3GS 16 GB. This is what I can see from the crash log and the console on my iphone just when it crashes:
http://pastie.org/1047072 - crash log
http://pastie.org/1047079 - console output

My settings are: http with username/password and the api-key.

Hope you can solve the problems soon, I really miss the app :)

Same crash problem here:

3GS iOS4.0
Using: username, password, api key, ssl, port 9090

I didn't try any other settings. I hope this will get fixed soon because I love this app!  ;D

Crashing on iPhone 4 with ios4.0.  Using API key.  Tried without API key also and also tried using HTTPS.  Tried all combinations to get something working but like someone else mentioned it only crashes when the connection settings are correct.  Hope this helps.

Also crashing. iPhone 16gb, iOS 4.0, tried every possible combination of settings, all crash.

Interesting to note that after rebooting or reinstalling, the app loads up and gets to the "refreshing" status, but once it crashes then, subsequent attempts to run it just immediately crash before any actual UI elements are visible.

Some additional information from my side (do not know if it is helpful):

I was testing the crashing with and without the API key on:
- When I set API Needed on in the SABnzb config and turn API on (and fill the API key) on my iPhone the app crashes
- When I set API Needed on in the SABnzb config and turn API off (and not fill the API key on my iPhone the app does not crash, but gives an error saying 'The Api key is needed'

Maybe it has something to do with the API key?

And reading the commens above: if SSL is turned on the issue does not seem to occur?

My test scenario(s)
- Iphone 3GS
- iOS4
- Internal and External tested
- API on
- SSL off

Good luck debugging!

email sent.

I've been running sabnzbd+ for few years and have been using myNZB for nearly as long as it's been out. I'm running 0.5.2 right now at home but will probably upgrade in the near future to 0.5.3.
