SABConnect for Safari (Version 2.7)

Yep, 1.7 fixed it. It still has that cosmetic issue with NZBxxx that other sites had before the 1.6 release where the icon never switches to the green "sent successfully" icon, it just stays in the "sending" state forever. However NZBs still are handed off to SAB successfully, so I'm more than happy.

How do I install this extension on Safari 5.1.2?

The server at the download appears to be providing the wrong Content-Type header, so Safari interprets/saves it as an HTML file. I've renamed the "HTML" file (it's actually binary data, or so it appears) to "SABConnect.safariextz", but Safari throws an error when trying to install the extension.

I've tried using the source code from Github, but Safari throws the same error.

I've been meaning to get that fixed. Try downloading it with Firefox or Chrome. Kind of ironic that Safari doesn't like it.

Yeah, when I get home tonight, I'm going to put it in a zip file so any browser can grab it easily.

The download link in the OP is fixed. It will now download a zip file with the extension inside. Should work fine on any browser. Sorry for any confusion!
