Re: Sick Beard (ALPHA) - Download/sort/rename episodes, XBMC/growl integration, more
just did a git pull and I am seeing the following errors:
thanks.
Code: Select all
22:16:05 ERROR::SEARCH :: Error loading Bin-Req URL: (<type 'exceptions.IOError'>, IOError('socket error', timeout('timed out',)), <traceback object at 0x102674368>) - [Errno socket error] timed out

Re: Sick Beard (ALPHA) - Download/sort/rename episodes, XBMC/growl integration, more
Just means bin-req was down when it tried to update.
Re: Sick Beard (ALPHA) - Download/sort/rename episodes, XBMC/growl integration, more
Hey, and as usual tnx for an wonderfull app.
Love the new feature mark your episodes as archived. And dunno if this has been suggested and but for an statistics geek like myself would be nice if you could implement an total time watched that count towards downloaded archived ep´s.
I know this feature comes low on the prio list but when you find the time atleast i would think it's a "fun" addition =). And hopfully not that complicated to do.

I seem to get this error fairly frequently:
Jun-15 15:26:03 ERROR CP Server Thread-7 :: No providers were used for the search - check your settings and ensure that either NZB/Torrents is selected and at least one NZB provider is being used.

Whats odd is searches work SOMETIMES, but on occassion I will get this error. Yes I have an NZB provider listed too

Hey midgetspy,
first off, let me just say I LOVE Sick Beard :D
I've been using it for a couple of months now, it's absolutely great!!
Now for the problem ;D
Yesterday I added Hung (http://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=82091&lid=7) to my list of shows.
I let it search for the first ep and I got "Hung - 1x10 | Snatched" in my History.
But when I looked at my sabnzb-queue, "Hungry Beast S01E01" was added?? ???
So as I test I let it search for the second ep, and again I got "Hungry Beast S01E02" in my queue.
Any ideas? :)

It is an NZBMatrix problem, use NZBs.org and it'll work fine. NZBMatrix's search is terrible, I am planning to add some code that will re-search the results it gives me to filter out the bad ones but it's not done yet.
Re: Sick Beard (ALPHA) - Download/sort/rename episodes, XBMC/growl integration, more
Super, I'll change the order of my providers and do another test tonight!
Re: Sick Beard (ALPHA) - Download/sort/rename episodes, XBMC/growl integration, more
I noticed something I was wondering if SB can deal with without causing other problems. I've seen posts that are formatted
....
A recent show I have SB watching for has the latest HD episode named like this. nzbs.org has the episode, but SB isn't finding it. I suspect it's because of the channel name prefix. Has anyone already solved something like this?

Re: Sick Beard (ALPHA) - Download/sort/rename episodes, XBMC/growl integration, more
Shows I'm watching has new episodes added to TVDB, so in order to get these I do a Full Update. When I do this, SB marks the new episodes not previously in my list but that already been aired as "skipped". Is it possible to have SB do automatic updates of the shows or is it some better way to "update" the show?
Also whats the difference between update and refresh?

Re: Sick Beard (ALPHA) - Download/sort/rename episodes, XBMC/growl integration, more
tt365: If the whole show is being posted under a different name I can add an exception, PM me the names.
Flummo: SB does update the show every night at 3AM. Old eps will always be marked skipped, that's intentional. About refresh, do you mean "re-scan files"? Does it still say refresh somewhere?

Re: Sick Beard (ALPHA) - Download/sort/rename episodes, XBMC/growl integration, more
Using alpha build 453 - Says refresh when doing Mass Update.
Is it possible to manually start the update or to schedule it another time? Usually turn my system off during night to start it in the morning.

Re: Sick Beard (ALPHA) - Download/sort/rename episodes, XBMC/growl integration, more
I am trying to get sickbeard to run on a NAS with debian etch installed.
I have sabnzbd installed and running, but when I try to start sick-beard, I get the following:
any ideas on how to get this module?
got it working, just had to download and compile python2.6, sqlite stuff is built in now.

Hi midgetspy,
could you add support for http://www.binsearch.info search provider? They have RSS feeds which can be used.
Thanks in advance
