back up - sabnzdb rss settings

HI,

My harddrive is aboout to die, so wanted to save my RSS, categories and ssortings etc before it does die.....does this function exist? If so how and then how would I import the saved settings?

Backup everything here:
http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/configure-v2
So the sabnzbd.ini file and everything in the "admin" folder.
