NZB site for good APP Listing

Is there any good NZB site for good APP listing?
Do you mean a site that focuses on tracking applications as its primary focus, rather than media?
If so ... Due to the DCMA issues, Binsearch.info seems to be the best option, but more difficult to use if you're not familiar with the process.
