I downloaded a large mkv (24GB), it was divided into 170 odd 150MB parts, numbered - movie.mkv.000, movie.mkv.001 etc to movie.mkv.172....
The post processing failed with "File join of Expected size did not equal actual size failed"
Normally the .000 isn't part of the archive, but it was in this case, if I renamed part .000 to movie.mkv it played, whereas .001 would not.
When I manually 'cat - ed' them all together (including .000) with the command line, the mkv worked fine.
Is this a different/wrong posting style, or a sabnzbd error???
