Having a strange error. with "Time Left" and "Kbs"

So, I am having this strange issue, started out of nowhere two days ago. As you can clearly see the downloader is still running. It isn't paused. However, in the photo above it says zeros. Ive been trying to troubleshoot this for a couple days now. getting frustrated
... Has this happened to anyone else. Can anyone share some information that might help me resolve this problem? Thank you.

Did you try to restart SABnzbd?
