E-mail Error Sending

The e-mail error sending is a great idea, however, I have noticed it only sends on an absolute failure of a file.

If the file a) needs repair blocks or b) NZB fetch failed an e-mail is not sent out.

Think this could be changed in the next version?

Love what is being done with sab, very great...

a) Such an email is already being sent.
b) The current Beta release 0.7.0Beta5 already does this.
