Beefed Up Scheduler

I think it would be great if the scheduler had cron-like capabilities (ie scheduling actions every 15 minutes) and allow user scripts to be included in the actions.

There are very nice schedulers available for Windows, even free ones.
What would you have the scheduled stuff do every 15 minutes, anything related to SABnzbd?

I would run tv show downloader program that drops the found nzbs into the watched folder. The free scheduler programs I have used were kind of unstable and I just thought it would be nice to have something integrated. And giving more options to the user couldn't hurt either.
