Addon that shows status but doesn't give admin access?

I have a server at home that has SABnzbd running great with RSS feeds and Sickbeard. I allow the users in the house to add nzbs via RSS feeds from nzbs.su. However I do not let the users have access to the SAB GUI for fear of them copying my Usenet server information, rss feed information.

It's been working fine except in few instances where the download is not complete or the users don't know if it's downloading. They then ask me to check if it's working which mean I access SAB and check on the status.

I would like them to be able to check on the status of downloading and possibly adding NZB's via the addon. However I don't want them to have any access to the configuration pages.

I saw some Firefox and Chrome extensions but I think it seems i have to allow full access to SABnzbd. Any suggestions for good addons for this?

So to turn on the Config page again all I would need to do is go back to config.ini and change it back to 0?
