Completion "hang" at 0.00 left

Something new in 0.4.3 that I have not seen before: The articles seem to all download (I saw cache files while in progress), and then the queue item just sits in the queue at 0.00 left (ex: 0 D Foo.dat 0.00/3498.51 MB unknown 81d) This stops everything else (note the "unknown" even though the queue is not paused) and the download speed goes to zero, and it just sits there. To make matters worse, there are no cache files now for that article in the Cache folder (they were there during download), and no "FAILED" item in the download completed folder either. If I start the download again with the same nzb file, it usually finishes the second time just fine, but it has to start all over again downloading. This seems to happen if my machine is restarted or crashes during a download, but I am not sure if that is the cause. (Bad recovery and restart?) has happened twice now. It looks like it post processes, then fails to move anything to the completed folder, and is waiting for something?
Where did the files go? Why does it not complete the queue item? The log is no help really for me, full of errors, yet they do not explain the 0.00 hang. On this example, lots of files as:
2008-09-19 07:41:32,670::ERROR::[nzbstuff] Error importing
2008-09-19 07:41:32,670::ERROR::[nzbstuff] Error importing
2008-09-19 07:41:32,670::ERROR::[nzbstuff] Error importing
(name scrubbed)
yet I know they downloaded as it took a long time to get this file, and there were cache files. Am I missing something?
Very long log file available if needed.
Thanks.
