OSX 10.8 Mountain Lion - unable to get rid of down arrow

Post by moveright »

Despite the fact that I have created the notDisplayMenu file according to the SAB wiki, SAB refuses to lose the down arrow in my menu bar. This worked fine in Lion however.

Time to completely remove SAB and start over?

BTW, what is the correct method to completely remove SAB if that's the case?

thanks!

Old information.
Now, go to Config->Special, item osx_menu.
Then restart.

BTW: you're looking at the Wiki page of an older release.
Clicking Help when in Config->Special brings you to the proper page.
