Daily Quota not functioning as designed

Hi All,
Having an issue with the quota management functionality. Essentially I have set SAB so that I have a daily quota of 10G. This is a setting that I had configured in V0.6.x and was working fine.
About a month ago I upgraded to V7.4 and the functionality stopped working. I think that it is only downloading only 10mb instead of GB. I upgraded to 0.7.6 last night and the same issue exists.
My expectation of the functionality is that I should be able to set a daily download limit, upon reaching that limit SAB will pause all downloads that are not designated as "FORCE" priority.
Let me know if you need more info.

What are your exact settings?

Size: 10G
Quota period: Day
Reset day: 1
I think it may be that the reset day is over riding the Quota period. I have tried removing the value, and will see what happens with the downloads tomorrow. I am guessing that the code should probably ignore the reset day value when the Quota Period is set to Day.

The "reset day" value wants a reset time, like 01:00
That's because a day number has no meaning for daily.
The weekly and monthly support "day hh:mm".

That makes sense now it is explained. Maybe the help can be a bit clearer under the entry field. Suggest a change from:
"On which day of the month or week (1=Monday) does your ISP reset the quota? (Optionally with hh:mm)"
To:
"At what time do you want the quota reset? e.g. 1 = 1st (for Month), 1 = Monday (for week), 00:00 = midnight (for day)
That way people will get a clear indication of how it works.

I see what you mean, but the time your ISP resets should determine your choice.
You can choose to ignore that, but to your own disadvantage.

You can change the wording to make it more relevant to the ISP if you want, but the description could still be clearer. For me I am not using this functionality to adhere to ISP rules. I am just using it to control the quantity of downloads so that the people I live with do not see how much I am downloading on their monthly statements.
Maybe the simplest thing to do is to change the actual field description from "Reset Day" to "Reset Day/Time"
I am also still finding some odd behavior by the way:
with settings:
Size: 10G
Quota period: Day
Reset day: 23:59
I am only downloading about 10mb per day. I will test tonight, but I think if I leave the reset day field blank then it will work as designed. Will feedback tomorrow.

This is a typical startup scenario.
- I have already downloaded 8.5G today
- I now set a quota of 8G, reset time 21:00
- Start downloading
- Pauses right away because the quota is already spent (shows as -500M/8G on the main page).
- Wait until 21:00
- Downloading resumes.
Every next reset time you will be able to consume the full 8G quota.
Is the initial situation where the already used amount is subtracted from the set quota the problem for you?
If you set the reset time to be earlier than the current time, the full quota will be available.
BTW: I very rarely change texts in .x releases, because it takes time before
translators to catch up.
