Separate VMs For SABnzbd, CP & SB

Is there any benefit to running these programs in their own vms? I'm setting up a new server and I was considering keeping them separate.
Not really.
Normally SABnzbd will run a script to trigger SickBeard,
that will not be possible when running on different VMs.
