This was an option on the old SABNZB and was a great idea. It would only download one file the criteria specified by the RSS parameters. I tend to get many of the same files because people post the same file in multiple locations and often there are reposts.

The old code is not comparable in functionality, the "once" option does
not make sense in the new code.
The current version will not download exactly identical titles.
