Has anyone here noticed how nice and silent the auto-update feature of CouchPotato2 is? I recently wrote a post on their forum commending Ruud for the awesome job there. It's seriously sweet. Any chance of something like that coming to SabNZBD? I wonder if he'd be willing to help out with it...

Understaffed as most open source projects are, it's a matter of priorities.
Given that there is more than enough core functionality to improve, I consider this low priority.
So unless someone comes with a ready solution, it won't be happening for a long time.
