Can I Export User Settings?

I have to do a clean install of my os. Is there a way to export all my settings, even if just to a plain text file? I remember setting up sabnzbd was tedious because it involved a lot of info that I don't keep handy because I only use it to set up newsreeders, which I've done only a few times in twenty years. Thanks.

The *settings* are in the file sabnzbd.ini

Queues etc are in other files.
