Hello,
I'm having a fast internetconnection. On Speedtest.net minimum 55 Mbps.
On SABNZBD i get between 500 KB/s and max 1 MB/s. How is that possible?
Thanks.

Depends on the kind of hardware you're using.

Hi shypike,
Do you mean my NAS? It's a DS207+.

SABnzbd isn't an optimal choice for a system with such a modest CPU.
How much memory does it have?
If it has more than 512M, you can set an article cache of about 150M in Config->General.

Memory is 128 MB.
Config->General on DS207+ or SABnzbd?
What would be a optimal choice to get the most out of my internetconnection?

With such little memory, I cannot recommend SABnzbd at all.
It makes my article cache advice irrelevant.

My 6 month old laptop has Intel Core i5 and 8GB RAM, and my internet download speed is 32Mbit/s - most of the time I am at 1kb/s and topping out around 70kb/s download with sab
Also, only a limited amount of browser tabs open, and I'm not running any other applications that would hog bandwidth (skype, etc)
Any ideas??
Thanks!

You're trying to download stuff that is not on the server (takedowns?).
If you hover the mouse cursor over the downloading title, does it say that a bunch of articles are missing?
