"Refuse UNC paths in Windows for "incomplete" (due to par2)"

Any more info on this? I use UNC paths, have an issue with par2 files not being deleted after reapir.

The "incomplete" folder cannot have a UNC path because
the par2 program does not support UNC paths, it wants a drive letter.
This issue is for Windows only.
