I don't recall when it started, but perhaps since 0.7.7.
When I save an NZB file in my watched folder, it is added to the queue, then generates the log message:
ERROR: Error removing /home/louis/Downloads/nzb/nzb_file_name.nzb
It then is added to the queue a SECOND time, and then the NZB file is deleted from the watch folder!
I am running on Fedora 17 x86_64 with:
Version: 0.7.9
Python Version: 2.7.3 (default, Jul 24 2012, 10:05:38) [GCC 4.7.0 20120507 (Red Hat 4.7.0-5)]
Any thoughts?

I am embarrassed. I forgot to try the "Windows" solution. After a reboot the problem has gone away!
