Roku or Boxee?

My old laptop is struggling to keep up with Netflix and I have been considering retiring it from center stage of my media center to lowly media server. I don't like to run SabNZBd on my NAS as it chokes on PAR encodes. So I have been tossing around the idea of getting a dedicated Roku or Boxee box. The big draw of both is the ability to combine searches across content channels, Netflix, Hulu, and (hopefully) my own personal media collection.

Does anyone have experience with how well either integrates with a NAS collection? Plex and Boxee Plus are options, but I want it to ensure that they integrate their native search functions across built-in channels with my local media collection...

I assume you want to run SABnzbd. So: have you checked these boxes are open and do run SABnzbd?

Furthermore: " I don't like to run SabNZBd on my NAS as it chokes on PAR" ... I expect the choking to happen on the boxes you mention, so is that OK?
