Help Please (changing port in Windows shortcut)

Version:SABnzbd-0.4.4-win32-setup.exe
OS: Windows XP SP3
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin (if applicable) default
Firewall Software: ESET Smart Security
Are you using IPV6? NO
Is the issue reproducible: YUP
Hi, I just found this programme and thought i would give it a bash. I installed it and left the box, Start hidden
Checked and pressed finishsh (or whatever it was it says after the install).
Couple of seconds my browser pops up and i get the following message
I have tried doing what it states on the web page but all i get is the following
any help would be good thanks

Hi, thanks for your reply.
If you were reffering to the shortcut icon on my desktop the path is already in quotes, i right clicked it
clicked properties and in target box the path to the proggy was already in quotes.
If you were reffering to start run method i tried that in quotes and got the following error.
I have not got a .ini file if that makes a difference, but then if the proggy hasn't actualy started then their wouldnt be one.

Take the 2 out, look at what the error window starts with.
sorry m8 i just realised that and ammended my post above with the real error and abit more underneath

It was my guess/try that his port 8080 was in use by another instance of SABnzbd...

My guess would be utorrent's web interface
utorrent was running.
It is sweet maxxing my line out at home 2.3MB/s
just a quick question, does Sabnzbd+ only download the par files if needed for repair or does it download the whole lot
