Rar 5.0 Archives support

Today Winrar 5.0 Beta 1 is released..
It supports a new archive.. Rar 5.0

Hopefully Sabnzbd can support Rar 5.0 archives soon.
Not needed directly because they arnt used yet.
But maybe something for 0.8.0 release.

We regularly update unrar, at least in the OSX and Windows distributions.
For any other platform, it's up to the user.
Even so, the majority of RAR files on Usenet don't have any compression at all,
RAR is just used as a convenient multi-part container.
