Email notifications - Actual result in subject

I use Gmail to filter my emails from SABnzbd, but without reading each mail individually I can't see if the job failed or succeeded. I'd like to be able to filter/search/highlight mails from my downloader address which had errors so I can pick up on them more quickly.

Even a "success" or "fail" in the subject line would be enough, but the "SABnzbd has downloaded xxx" is a little misleading if the par/unrar phases have failed.

Thanks!  :)

Custom email messages will be in 0.5 which should allow you to format the emails whichever way you wish.

SABnzbd uses subject lines "SABnzbd failed to complete job" or "SABnzbd has completed job".

Which release are you using?

I do have some failed unpacks with that error, but I also have some which were successful but gave the "failed" error too. Also, any which have CRC problems seem to be reporting as successful, even though they weren't. It's somewhat confusing to be honest :)

Is there an address I can forward some sample mails to?

I'm using 0.4.5

Yes you can send supporting material to [email protected].

BTW: when unrar reports CRC errors, it doesn't tell SABnzbd,
so our program thinks all is OK.
One thing SABznbd tries to check is whether all files in the RAR-file catalog
actually exist after unrarring is done.
There are some circumstances where that may fail.

I would be interested in any incorrect email, but do add the applicable NZB
and (if possible) also the logging.

That will be a nice feature, as I use it on two machines and tend to forget where I had the stuff downloading.
