Unwanted files downloaded

In the last few days I get on my computer and there are files downloaded that I didnt want, Like old moves of all years. Today it happed again and ended up downloading ** Today: 73.0 GB** Holy sh!t cant figure out whats going on, so till then I have to shut SAB down so it wont eat up my Block of Downloads and/or get a letter from my ISP for downloading to much (250/Gb Mo limit) as of now I'm at (This month: 229.1 GB) and over half of it was from having unwanted files downloaded. Anyone have an Idea??

Any help would be greatly appreciated

PS: i just started using SAB about a month ago, But haven't had a hard time setting it up.

Are you using RSS feeds with insufficient filtering?
How do NZB files get into SABnzbd?

Maybe you are using CouchPotato which can download automaticaly movies from many sources.

Yes im using RSS feeds, Just started using them about a week ago. Im also using CP but dont have anything in it yet. Im also using Sick Beard but have the shows I want in that, Guess ill stop using RSS feeds till I know how to filter things right, lol hope that will fix it. Thanks for the reply ill update if that was my prob.

Any pointers on what to filter? and how?
